Orders are prepared on business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may be longer during launches, promotions, or holidays.

Available services, delivery estimates, and any shipping charge are shown during checkout. Orders over the displayed free-shipping threshold may qualify where the service is available.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch. Please check that your address is complete before placing an order; customers are responsible for information entered incorrectly.
